Bush Hash meeting: Thursday 14th January 2010
Present: Tampax, F. Dog, Mrs Head, Stinky Sloppy Seconds, V.V, Pissed Pole Dancer and Liberaci

1. Beer Truck
The Dog and Stinky Sloppy Seconds will be retiring from the Beer truck job after the February run
having spent the last several years helping out with this difficult job. We very much appreciate all the hard work that they have done for the bush over the last few years.
In February, Liberaci will accompany The Dog in order to learn the ropes with a view to taking over completely in March. In the event that Liberaci is not available, The Dog and Stinky have kindly offered to fill in as Back-up crew.
2. Bush accounts
The Bush accounts are at present very healthy. We do expect to make a sizeable withdrawal on the
March Outstation run to help sponsor the run. This will mainly be used for the transport to and from
Kanchanaburi.
3. March Outstation run
We have begun to compile a list of those people interested in joining us for the March adventure in
Kanchanaburi. From this list we will be determining those who will require transport. Obviously it
would be unwise to hire a large expensive bus for just a handful of people. We also agreed to have
a provisional sign-up fee of between 800 Baht and 1200 Baht per person. It is likely that we will ask
for a deposit at the February run.
4. T-shirts
As Tadpole was not available on the last run, Queen Stella kindly stepped in to sell t-shirts. Hopefully
we will get some idea how many T-shirts she was able to sell in the near future.
5. Barbeque
It was decided to bring along our BBQ to every run where possible even though the hares may decide
to provide their own food at the a-site.
6. Future Hares
After recent experience, we would ask that future hares please try to be at the A-site in plenty
of time before the start of the run.
