Bush Hash meeting: Tuesday 20 July 2010
At Aqua Demie, 4pm
Present: Tampax, F. Dog, Mrs Head, VV, Arseaholic, Stinky Sloppy Seconds, Mud Cracker,
Spaghetti Head, Dizzy, GI Joe, Greyhound, Beverly Hills Pink Cock, Ball Ringer, Bell End,
Pussy Snatcher, Jellobutt and Tadpole
1. Bush Finances
The Bush finances are presently healthy. Over the last 13 months we have had a number of
sponsors that have contributed to the health of the club. This sponsorship has ranged from
sponsored beer, a-site food and also transport. Additionally, members of the mismanagement
and others have donated a lot of their time for the benefit of the club.
2. 10 years of Bush
In October (Saturday 9/10/10) the Bush will hold it's 10th Anniversary Run. As the following day
will be a very unique date of 10/10/10, the Pattaya bush Hash will get together with the Pattaya
Jungle Hash to make this weekend a hashing weekend involving 'All Of The 10's' ! This will take the
form of an independent Bush hash run on the Saturday to celebrate our 10 years of hashing. The
Bush hash will design their own t-shirt for the Saturday but will include the 'All the 10's' theme
into the design.
On the following day (Sunday 10/10/10), the Pattaya jungle Hash have tentatively agreed to hold
their own run that will be of the theme of an 'All the 10's' weekend.
Hares for the Bush run on Saturday will include Mrs Head and Pussy Snatcher. We will most
likely need additional hares for this run.
More details will follow after both clubs have had more opportunity to co-ordinate their efforts.
3. T-shirt stock
Tadpole has updated our list of t-shirt stock which at this time is quite substantial. We have
experimented with a new design of patch for our bush logo and Tadpole now has a sample to
check over quality etc.
4. New 13 hared Run award
On the AGPU run, V.V was presented with a hare award for 13 hared runs. This was in the form
of a bush hat with neck protection and a unique design of patch stitched onto the hat. It was
noted that the hat's are perhaps a tad on the small size as they are designed for the Thai and
not Farrang !! We will look into rectifying this problem.
5. Brew master
Whilst our regular brew master Liberace has been on holiday in Norway for a couple of months,
Tampax has been taking on the job of brew master with assistance from Mrs Head. V.V and Spag.
It is hoped that Liberace will resume his role in time for the August run. The Bush beer coolers
(and others) along with left over stock from the AGPU run are now currently being held at Greyhound's
house on a temporary basis.
6. Awards
We are currently only re-introducing awards for 13 hared runs. We will look into the feasibility of
re-introducing awards for a certain number of runs achieved etc but we will take care that any scheme
introduced will be sustainable and will not threaten the financial health of the club.
