'Last Bush meeting: Thursday 17th January 2008'

 Minutes:

 January 17, 2008 at the Dao Cafe, 4:00pm to 4:45pm

 Present: Jellobutt, Seaman Stains, Ballringer, Tampax, Spag Head, GI Joe,  Festering Streaker

 1. RAGS REPORT FROM SEAMAN STAINS: Weedeater gave S.Swallows 5,100  baht at the last Bush Hash. S. Swallows gave the funds to Seaman Stains. S.  Stains suggested to the group that we consider buying rags with the money.

 The group voted 5 to 1 against the idea. The overwhelming majority voted not to  produce new rags until some future date when we have a special occasion to make  rags (such as the AGM in May for example).

 2. STOOL REPORT FROM FESTERING STREAKER: FS suggested to the group that  the Bush buy more stools as currently Seaman Stains reports he holds about 15  stools which is not enough to meet Bush hash demand. Although the Bush borrows the  Jungle Hash stools, FS recommends that it might be better for the Bush to just buy  their own anyway. The group voted unanimously to buy high quality stools at about 80  baht per stool not to exceed 2,000 baht in total.

 How the 5,100 baht that S. Stains currently holds will be distributed: FS agreed to  purchase these stools and Seaman Stains will give FS 2,000 baht from the current  5,100 baht he currently has from the rags account.

 S. Stains agreed to bring all the stools to the Bush hashes each month. Seaman  Stains will give GI Joe, Hash Cash, the balance of 3,100 baht to hold in the general  Bush account.

 3. HASH CASH REPORT FROM GI JOE: Looks like the Bush finances is doing quite  well. The current balance is 40,881 baht. A far cry from the 2,000 baht balance  we had just months ago.

 It was agreed by the group that the Bush Hash should never again allow the funds  to dip down below to the "danger" zone it was previously in. The group agreed to  keep the funds managed in a fiscally responsible and conservative fashion.

 4. AGM REPORT FROM JELLOBUTT: JB reminded the group that the next Bush  AGM is in May. Although it sounds far off on the calander it is just 3 more Bush  runs away. JB suggested to the group to think about new joint GMs possibilities.

 5. FESTERING STREAKER REPORT ON AN IDEA REGARDING A POTENTIAL  HASH COORDINATOR FOR ALL THE HASHES IN PATTAYA SO THAT HASH  TRAILS DO NOT OVERLAP CAUSING HOUNDS TO CHASE OLD PAPER FROM  PREVIOUS HASHES, (gee,that never happened to me)... This idea was not fully  discussed due to the problem of at least some hashes, (Monkey, Dirt, and one  non- hash Swamp) would not disclose their run details until time of the run. For this  reason, coordination would not prevail.

 6. JELLOBUTT REPORT ON THE LAST AUCTION: JB reminded Seaman Stains to  bring the two items he holds to the next Bush hash to be actioned off. Items are a  very nice pool cue and garden lounge chair.

 7. SPECIAL RECOGNITION: Goes to Tampax for our Bush lights and excellent  website. Also, special thanks goes to Festering Streaker and Dizzy for hash  piss/beer truck work. Lastly, appreciation goes to VV for providing some very tasty  appetizers during this meeting.
