'Last Bush meeting: Thursday 15th November 2007'

Items:

1) Awards:

Ringworm received the last award that will be paid for by the hash. From this day forward, the
mismanagement committee agrees that the hash will not pay for awards and if the hasher wants an
award he/she must pay for it themselves.

2) Auction:

Next run is the annual fundraiser auction. So far the following items are available for auction:

TQ1 gift certificate
Hash shirt
Luxury outside lounge chair (retails for over $200 USD)
Hand crafted pool cue.

RU Sure also says he has some things for auction. The auction will be managed by
GI Joe if Ringworm is not present at the next hash. A few more items would be nice
to have for auction.

3) Last Hash Run:

Made a profit of 150 baht over costs.

4) Beer Truck:

Next hash either Dizzy or Festering Streaker will use their private vehicle as the beer
truck. This will save the hash between 500 to 1000 baht (includes gas). The beer truck
driver may run for free, payment is optional. No more renting the beer truck.

5) Bus:

Seaman Stains will get the phone numbers of alternative transportation trucks from Tampax
and will ask S. Swallows to call the numbers to find out how much to rent the trucks with a
driver for the hash instead of the bus.

6) Hash Fees:

In three months, if the hash does not improve its financial position, the mismanagment may
consider raising the fees to 350 baht per MAN, from its current 300 baht. Cracks will
remain 200 baht.

7) Rags:

Weed Eater has the funds and/or rags. The committee would like to know if these rags may
one day serve as a profit center for the hash.

8) Raffle:

Beginning in January, the Bush Hash will have a raffle like the Jungle and Monday hashes to
help raise funds. Rags for prizes are suitable, albeit boring. Would like to consider donated
gifts or "surprise" winnings instead of rags.

9) Beer Police:

Voted negative. Boooooooooooo.

10) Kids:

All kids under the age of 18 run free. This is an amendment to the last meeting which had
raised the kid fees to 50 baht. This was voted down today.

11) Promotion:

Jellobutt will ask Roger the Sick Prick if RTSP could hard copy the mailings that go out each
month to hashers so we can put them in various venues around Pattaya to attract more runners
who are not on the mailing list.

12) Promotion:

Ringworm will contact someone at the Bangkok post to see what they could do to help promote
the hash.

13) Bush Website:

It was noted that the website has seen a large improvement lately thanks to Tampax.

14) ON IN:

The committee ended the meeting and continued to the ON IN at the Dao Beer Bar where
Ringworm contacted a terrible case of the F.E.E.T. I will be leaving for the USA on Nov. 26
and return to Pattaya on Dec. 28, so I will miss the next run. Let's hope the auction has a
good turnout.
