Melaka Road Show 17th December Renaissance Hotel-Melaka

Attached is an Amended Copy of Invitation (Au Kait no. wrong), Copy of Dinner Menu, Endorsements from various VIP’s.

On 4th November, there was an IOC/OCM Convention on Sports for All and Hash had been identified as one, held in Genting. About 100 international Delegates attended a special run and were greatly impressed. See the endorsement from Mr. Lemke.

Please inform Hashers that we chose Renaissance as we wanted a central location and hold a Heritage Run from there. We also have special connection as such RM50 for the following is deemed cheap.

RM50 will get you;

International Buffet Dinner
2 Bottles of limited Edition Hash Heritage Tiger Beer.
1 Heritage Souvenir
Soft Drinks/Mineral water.
Extra beers at RM5.00 per bottle.

You can see that RM50 is actually not enough. The foundation is picking up all other organization and facilities cost.
Please remember, 4pm Registration starts. Run at 5.30 pm, at 5th Floor Renaissance Hotel Car Park.
