Directions:

Either (a) make your way to the bus departing at 1 pm (NOT 2 pm!!!!) close to Lek Hotel, 2nd Road soi 13 (between Soi Yamoto & Soi 13) in Pattaya or (b) make your own way to the run site by 2 pm (NOT 3 pm!!!) by following the directions below.

From Pattaya:

Go north on Sukhumvit, then south-east on Hwy 36 (Rayong), then north on Hwy 7 towards Bangkok. Drive slowly in choking traffic next to big trucks. Yahda, yahda.AFTER the exit to Kao Keaw Open zoo take the NEXT exit at an overpass, immediately do a U turn and go over the Hwy.

From Bangkok:

In choking traffic make your way to the Bang Na Trat expressway. Pay exorbitant money and follow the toll way to Chonburi, exit the expressway and after one or two kms get in the frontage road and take the Chonburi By-pass, sign Hwy 7 (Rayong). Eventually you will find yourself on Hwy 7. Do NOT take the exit for Bang Saen. Take the NEXT exit.  (If you miss it, take the Kao Keaw Open Zoo exit do a U turn over the Hwy and go back) 

Having found and gone over the correct overpass, zero your odometer: After 300m bear right at the junction. Follow this road. At 1.65km turn left towards Chan Tathen Waterfall. At 3.5kms turn right and bear left. At 4.2kms turn left (Soi 5).  After 5.5 kms the road turns to Dirt dust. At 5.8 kms. park next to your friends. Fini/Gontier park anywhere. J L.C.
