Transportation This Bush outstation run will take place on Saturday afternoon, as usual, but the Hares encourage everyone to make a weekend trip out of the occasion. Because we expect some Hashers to arrive on Friday and some on Saturday, and because some will leave on Saturday and others on Sunday. Bus will leave at 0900 AM Saturday 11. Novemberfrom Pattaya 2nd road close to LEK Hotel . Everyone with their own car will need to arrange their own transportation to and from Samet Island. If you are a group of Hashers, it is more economical (and a lot faster) to get a speed boat from Ban Phe to Samet Island than to take the ferry. Resorts There are countless resorts in all different price classes on Samet Island. The Hares don't want to force anyone into a resort that they don't want to stay in, so there will not be one official resort for the weekend. The Hares have nonetheless booked 10 rooms at Vong Duern Villa (approximate rate: 1,500 baht per night, to be confirmed); send an e-mail to the Hares at tom.ellefsen@microban.co.th and indicate (a) how many rooms you are booking and (b) for which nights.
