About the Bush Hash !
Is a laid back and friendly hash with a reputation for setting long, tough and enjoyable runs that are popular with many hashers living around Pattaya and Bangkok.
The run is normally split into two hour long sections with a water stop about half way. We provide an option to run/walk one section only.
We are a 'sit down' hash and we provide basic seats. Food is usually available after the run.
Remember: Always obey the Bushmaster, Never trash the bush
and always call On On !!! |

The green hills of Khao Khiao and an ‘A-site’ next to a lake were perfect, pristine settings for a fantastic run. The well-marked trail lacked nothing. Well, except--LEVEL ground! Either we were climbing up extinct volcanoes or belaying down Swiss Alps. However, everyone managed to stay
upright
except Festering Streaker .....

Important notice: New transport and CAR SHARING !
Please advise either Bam Bam or Tampax ASAP if you require transport to
the next run.
Bam Bam and Tampax will meet on Sukhumvit Road at a petrol station between central road and
Siam country club road around 1:30pm for Run # 141 (click here for map)
There are only 8 seats available between the two cars so please advise at the
earliest if you need a ride.
The air-conditioned minivan WILL be available at the New Pick Up Point of the Buffalo Bar car park on
3rd road but seating is limited to 14 seats.
We do need to know in advance the approximate numbers so we can arrange
for adequate transport.

Hares: Weed Eater and No Meat
A-site Location: Khao Mai Kaeo ( 'The Ausie A-site' )

From Pattaya:
Follow highway 7 towards Bangkok. At the Rayong route 36 junction take the slip road on the left and exit highway 7 just before the 36. Keep to the right and the road will then go under the 36 and then bear left and around heading south onto highway 36 towards Rayong. Do not join the 36 but keep to the left and after around 1.6km, turn left onto the 3240 just before the overpass. Follow the 3240 towards Khao Mai Kaeo for around 6.5 km. You will pass a Wat on the right at about 5kmish. After the Wat, look out for a row of shophouses on the left and turn left immediately after them into a small soi. Follow this road all the way to the A-Site near the lake.
From Bangkok:
From Highway 7, turn left at the Rayong highway 36 junction and keep to the left (do not join route 36).
