What is the Monkey Hash ?

Hard & Long Run for Men only - can't do, Don't do !!!
Fun circle, Numerous Volunteer R.A.'s (Anything Goes).
Includes a Monkey Shirt, Beer/Soft Drinks and Snacks.
Usually concludes with a meal at a local Restaurant.
Held approx. every 2 months, usually the 3rd Saturday.
A specific T-shirt linked to any theme of the day.

Now the hares address the circle in their limited English, and inform us about today’s run which consists of 3 sections, 8klm then 7klm and 3klm to finish it off. Having both hands free, I’m able to add up the distances on my fingers but realize I can only go to 10 so ET steps in and assists me with the rest. 18 fuc***g kilometers is the total I arrive at .......

Meet at the thistle bar on soi post office at 1100 hrs The bus will depart at 1130 hrs sharp from 2nd road opposite McDonalds and 'The Avenue' shopping plaza.

A 2 to 3 hr run with water stops. Includes transport, t-shirt, a-site snacks and cold beer plus evening dinner at a new venue. Sign up is 800 baht with max 35 people.

Run Information and Guidlines
A typical Monkey is usually an A to B to C run of approx 2 to 3 hrs (with one water stop). Run fee is upto the hares and usually 800 to 1000 baht paid in advance upto 10 days before the run. There after, there is no guarantee of a t-shirt. Numbers are limited so first come, first serve.
All runners meet at the Thistle bar. Leave the car at home !
